Oh,but if there is a race the community doesn't like, you can delete that and the models and make another race or you can use the actual models you have for another race.(I am not talking of a race with triggers since I know is hard to delete those)

There is some that are never played like: -Tuskarrs -Murlocs -Gnolls -Centaurs -Undeads(pratically useless as you get them as Lich King or Forsaken, having 3 undeads races is weird) -Satyrs -Golems(Useless as well) -Pandaren(Should be called Furbolgs, litterally, and the few models they have could be removed for new models)
Second: Removing the default minimap texture would add more kbits to use.

Golems should be removed tbh, theres no real reason for them to exist as golems have never been a very interesting or important race in wow lore. Murlocs could use a rework - but shouldn't be removed. currently nerubian is the *defacto* swarm race, when that title should belong to the murlocs. my only real idea is to have the murlocs train units in batches (I.E. when a murloc unit finishes training 2 or more murlocs emerge from the barracks instead of 1). their hero could also use a new moveset. Tuskarr and Centaur are horrendously unpopular and could certainly use reworks or potential removal in the future. Satyr actually has a fairly bright future as they have done things here and there lorewise. Pandaren should be removed (or at least made as a secret race charmable worker hidden on the map somewhere with less things it can make and no custom models) Scourge just needs more stuff, currently they are just a flat out weaker version of both Arthas' scourge and the forsaken - both of which are extremely similar to them. My idea is to have the Scourge faction focus on everything that Arthas himself had no part in - I.E. Kel'thuzad and his plague in lordaeron, the subjugation of the Undead Nerubians, and perhaps some events with the Frozen Throne itself (currently it is only used for the Lich King, surely the scourge could use it in some way as well right? like maybe a global buff or an upgrade for having the Frozen Throne under their command?).

About golems.. theyll be made elemental race when i got time for that huge rework.
To speak truth pandaren have only 1 custom model left their townhall and that hardly takes any space
Undead indeed need higher purpose most likely along in the cult of damned
Satyrs are decent though bit small organization/ race but they will get some evemts upon next patch
Pandaren and murlocs i wont say anything for sire
Centaurs have just been mis understood
Tuskars will be also reworked in some way

A very nice thing would be to make a small path in outland to that region with tempest keep and ogre creeps.I once got stuck there because of that not being there,

Another nice thing would be to get Mok'nathal as trainable units for the orcs if you get there and trigger an event.And maibe get Rexxar from that event as well and a small base.

A very nice thing would be to make a small path in Outland to that region with tempest keep and ogre creeps.I once got stuck there because of that not being there, I locked the path from Zangarmarsh to Blades Edge for it being loreistically too small to army to pass through that tunnel, use zeppelins if you get stuck, take Tempest Keep to use as a valuable strategical location. about mok nathal am not sure how to collaborate them (fancy word i know) and please register its quite easy it makes posting easier i think

If you follow lore, the satyrs should be to the night elves what the risen are to scarlet
And Vol'Jin should be playable maybe for troll players who go as Darkspear path or for orcish horde
Maybe consider the Mantids and Qirajis ??
Oh make a satyr hero being Lord Xavius and if he do a critical hit, it turn the unit hit into a satyr under his command.

about mok nathal am not sure how to collaborate them (fancy word i know) Perhaps you could add in an event for the Horde to get Rexxar, and if Rexxar is taken to the Mok'nathal you can then train them as elites from the barracks?

I was thinking of maibe a ranged unit for the worgen like na archer(I know there aren't any models for that but you can put a human archer model or something)

There should be an event to get Wildhammer Dwarves as a race like the Scarlet Crusade with Risen.And get Falstad Wildhammer to.And maibe after that you can get the Earthen?
