KJ isnt underpowered, he isn't really where he should be though, he could use a few more stats per level and perhaps a different ult (nobody uses volcano). perhaps a pocket factory that spawns infernals/doomguards/some-other-demon. would fit him nicely, seeing as he is essentially a demon lord. he also really needs his "B" hotkey to be fixed, having build and blink on the same keybind of an unrevivable hero is a recipe for disaster and regarding the LK his divine shield and stun are just too much, especially on a map like this where blood stones/hearts exist, you only have about 15 seconds to kill him before his divine shield goes right back up, and unless you have some crazy good burst damage your not going to make the cut. other than those two abilities his ghoul/zombie summons are borderline useless - i would rather him be able to summon some kind of unique Lich King only unit similar to what Kil'jaedan can do or build some special building than have those be his summons. drudge ghouls is a fairly decent moves - until you remember that the food cap is 300 and 12 ghouls is nothing compared to what the LK will most likely be in a fight with at the time. his death coil is fairly lackluster as well, would be nice for arthas to get some kind of passive move, perhaps instead of the drudge ghouls he could have a modified ability based off of either carrion beetle or dark arrow so that the LK can raise the people he kills for his army as -insert undead unit here-. but thats just my idea on the subject

after i figure out how to limit the items such as blood stone and hearts then we wouldnt have this overpowered system, won't take long to me to figure it out its just another triggering issue, alas i've been thinking of making kiljaeden's Spell tree more unique but i havn't had time for such act
I figured it out*

sexylycan i won't be able to say anything about illidan except for one thing now , since i haven't completely explore his character capabilities. But i think his stun powers is just powered up too much.

Illidan has no stuns, Its the Azzinoth blades he has, but yeah, those things can basically stunlock anything

But this stun is overpowered .. { Blades } Not the blades alone but the speed of Illidan's attacks that adjust the probability of getting stunned atleats thats my opinion

I agree here on ghost. Atleast try lessening the chances of stuns on either the weapon or illidans aspd.

perhaps replacing the stun with crit strike? Illidan's Warglaives aren't blunt weapons made for going through shields or stunning people, they were clearly made for parrying and slicing, having them do either crit strike or some splash damage seems like it would be the most reasonable thing to do in regards to it. least thats my opinion anyways

I agree here on ghost. Atleast try lessening the chances of stuns on either the weapon or illidans aspd. Give one Reason why It would be Neccessary? it's not like illidan stuns multiple soldiers with one hit currently having both of the glaives is extremely op, Illidan with 2 blood stones and both Azzinoths is a stun machine, he literally can permanantly stun anything due to his fast attack speed and the bash %. I played a game with Illidari recently and I managed to kill the Pit Commander, Void Lord, Kil'Jaedan, and Ragnaros and they weren't even able to move, Ragnaros was able to cast a whole 1 spell before i permastunned him then it was gg for him. sure the stun doesnt really help when its Illidan vs an army, but when its Illidan vs any hero Illidan will win basically every time since he can stunlock. The only way to beat an Illidan with both Azzinoths in a 1v1 is divine shield or 6 blood stones on a hero lol. moreover this goes with any hero, not just Illidan - even Jaina with both Azzinoths is still a credible threat in terms of stuns
