Dwarves:Gnome Engineers are unable to lay mines, have no attack, and no armor.
They can lay mines as far as i know or you havn't waited they gain mana?Flying Machines deal 10-14 damage to air units with a slow attack speed, and only have 175 health. They're effectively worthless as Anti-Air. Unsure if bug or intended.

Well Considering he doesn't have any kind of charm resisting abilities, its understandable.. Beside you need to be scourge player as far as i know to use his Path, so no sylvanas with Hero Baron RivendareDeath Knights have five tiers of research, but only get three abilities from them. (Raise Dead, Death Coil, Death and Decay). They do not gain access to the other abilities.

eh? there truly isn't Special Death Knights of Acherus, they're pretty much copies of original death knights, beside did you tested if you had allready limited ammount of death knights before you tried training from acherus?Unable to find where to research Trollish Necromancy. You don't need gundrak or drak'theron keep, the research itself can be found from that caster unit training center.Kel'thuzad necromancer demi-hero buildable from Naxxramas to exist alongside Kel'thuzad Lich Hero.

Dark Iron Dwarves
If you build a Firelord Hero before building a Mountain King hero, you cannot build a Mountain King hero at all.
that is easily fixable
Bringing a Mountain King hero to Thaurissan does not grant you all the units in Shadowforge City. Many remain neutral.
it wasn't supposed to, since that army would be quite Overpowered early game, dontcha think?Ragnaros starts at level 8, but begins with zero skill points.

Night Elves
Picking a faction is unclear as the "Sentinel" research choice tooltip name reads "Research Animal War Training". Both research choice tooltip text is "Increases the health of Dragonhawk Riders".

Picking the Druid Path allows your Ancients of War to build free "Treants". These "Treants" when fully upgrades, have 20 armor.
Priestess units build from the Temple of Elune have 15hp, no mana, and cost nothing to create. They are effectively worthless in every way. Definitely not intended, as they have the heal spell but not enough mana to cast it.
After picking Druid or Sentinel, you are limited in your hero choices. After building your first hero unit, you gain access to the other two hero units. (I picked Druids, built a Demon Hunter, then a Warden, then got Malfurion, and built a Priestess of Elune.)
Picking Sentinel makes you unable to build any type of ground unit (Archer, Huntress, Warden, etc), as the "Hunter's Hall" requires you to have a Corrupted Tree of Eternity, and there is no Ancient of War type building available.
The Tree of Eternity Sentinel global research "Wardens" does not allow you to build Wardens from Trees of Eternity as advertised. It is also available for Druid-type Night Elves, and does nothing as well.
Thats because i moved wardens to be trainable from Sentinel barrack, but i'll change its requirements and move it to the said barrack buildingEverything in night elves were fixed for next patch allready <3

Venom Sword does not give +25 bonus damage.
well its bug i cannot really see why it does that, tried pretty much everything. but i could just copy paste the Orb of Venom and buff it up an bit and it would be basically same except you'd lose windwalk ability.There is no exit portal out of the Tomb of Sargeras.

its a Bug i allready knew and fixed for next patch <3Killing Illidan in his prison cell causes him to drop two Glaives of Azzinoth.
Considering i haven't removed one of those Azzinoths yet he is supposed to drop those 2 (will be removed for next patch)You can train unlimited, free carrion beetles at the Upper Kingdom.
actually you can train from both those buildings unlimited ammount of them, its an bug but hey atleast they'rent that strong...
